It has been decided that the Arizona Cardinals will add their newly acquired defensive lineman to their active roster.
In order to strengthen their defensive line through the bye week and the last four games of the season, the Arizona Cardinals have upgraded Naquan Jones from the practise squad to the active roster. This move marks the beginning of the Cardinals’ plan to strengthen their defensive line.
From everyone on the team:
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club made the announcement today that the organisation has re-signed wide receiver Dan Chisena (chuh-SEN-uh) to the practise squad and has brought defensive lineman Naquan Jones from the practise squad to the active roster. Other players on the team include wide receiver Dan Chisena.
Yesterday, the signings were carried out at the Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Centre, which is located in Tempe, Arizona.
Throughout his career in the National Football League, Jones has participated in 32 games, seven of which he has started for the Tennessee Titans.
Jones, who stands 6-3 and weighs 315 pounds, has a career total of 53 tackles, which includes six tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.
Given that the Cardinals are looking to add a little bit more depth along the defensive line, it is likely that he will make his debut early on in the rotation.
We wish Jones the best of luck in his new position with the Cardinals at this time.
