Pittsburgh has signed wide receivers Denzel Mims and Marquez Callaway to reserve/future contracts, following the Steelers’ 31-17 loss to the Bills in the wild-card round of the playoffs. Mims, a 2020 second-round pick, believes Pittsburgh will provide him with a chance to play.Pittsburgh Steelers are considering Mims and Callaway for 2024 rosters. Mims has not lived up to expectations, posting 42 receptions for 676 yards and zero touchdowns in New York. Callaway has had some success in the NFL, but has not had the 2023 season he was imagining. Wide receivers Dionate Johnson, George Pickens, and Calvin Austin III are likely to make the team, but Allen Robinson II’s 34 catches for 280 yards and zero touchdowns in 2023 may not be a viable option.
