Stephen Curry, a Golden State Warriors star, will not be a starter for the All-Star Game for the first time in a decade, despite posting All-Star-caliber numbers.

The legendary sharpshooter expressed praise and respect for the selected players, stating they deserve it and never took it for granted.

Curry, 35, is expected to be replaced by younger players due to injury, as he started every year until 2019-20.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luka Doncic are the Western Conference’s backcourt starters, despite their impressive numbers, with averages of 26.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 4.6 three-pointers per game.
