PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping their quarterback in 2023 will be between Kenny Pickett and Mason Rudolph. But head coach Mike Tomlin understands Rudolph is a free agent and the business side of things in the NFL could force a change. That change could be who the Steelers put against Pickett this summer to compete as a starter.
