NASHVILLE: The Titans continued their practice at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park on Friday in order to get ready for their game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

Here are the latest happenings as of today:

-Jaelyn Duncan, a rookie, will start at left tackle for the Titans on Sunday.

The announcement was made by coach Mike Vrabel during today’s practice.

Duncan, a 2023 NFL Draft sixth-round selection, has appeared in four games for the Titans this year, replacing starters at both tackle positions off the bench.

Duncan remarked on Friday, “I am really excited—this is my first start as a rookie.” “I just want to go out there, with no MAs (missed assignments), and go out there and play football.”

Vrabel has expressed admiration for Duncan’s development in the last several months.

Duncan, a Maryland football player in college, claimed that he had learned a lot from teammates and coaches.

“They just told me to come in here every day and prepare like a starter – make sure you take a lot of notes, and make sure you take care of your body,” Duncan explained. “I’ve just been preparing, acting like I’m a beginner and that I’m just getting started right now. I’m just going to go play ball outside, trying not to think too much or get caught up in anything, and just have fun.”
