Will Liverpool sell Fabio Carvalho this summer?

It may only have been pre-season, but Carvalho certainly proved his worth in the USA, with his impressive displays rewarded with two goals.

The youngster struggled for opportunities under Klopp, with the attacker having made just 21 Liverpool appearances so far.

But he was very young when he joined the Merseyside club, with Carvalho gaining vital experience from his loans at RB Leipzig and Hull City.

The former move didn’t exactly go to plan, but the player did shine at the Tigers, scoring nine goals from his 20 appearances, having netted just three times for the Reds.

It remains to be seen whether Southampton would match Liverpool’s asking price, having previously reinforced their assault with the likes of Ben Brereton Diaz and former Liverpool star Adam Lallana.
