The charge against Pritchett, who is 19 years old, is a Class C misdemeanor according to AL Code § 22-11A-21. Later on Wednesday, he was released after posting a bond of $500. It appears like Pritchett is currently at home and is taking a discreet approach to handle this problem, considering he was released on bond.
